Duke Enrik Kazinski's more level-headed brother. Villem is more empathetic toward Praag citizens' concerns.

As it turns out, Villem was the Chaos mole on the city Praag city council! We discovered this when showing him and the Duke the letter we discovered in a Bag of Holding found on an aberrant cultist in the food storage warehouse. A hidden assassin then fired at Villem, fatally wounding him. Kemurial tried everything he could to save Villem, to no avail. Soon after, we had the zealot paladin cast Speak with Dead on his corpse so that we could ask a few questions and hopefully get some closure for his brother.
